DESIGN-BUILD RENOVATION

Originally constructed for Expo '74, and formerly named the INB Performing Arts Center, the facility renovation includes major improvements to the guest experience which include improved ADA accessibility, backstage circulation improvements, lobby upgrades including the removal of asbestos, and a complete ceiling replacement.  Music Room and VIP room improvements and building system upgrades which include complete replacement of the existing exterior glass curtain wall and major mechanical and electrical upgrades.
